My Expertise

I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Naturopath (in Quebec), certified in Functional Medicine. My training in applied functional medicine is a non-licensed, educational framework and does not constitute medical certification or licensure. I have a strong interest in gut health, which became a focus of my work after my own experiences with digestive challenges and a deeper exploration of how the body responds to nutrition and lifestyle.

Monthly Group Sessions – Wakefield (In-Person)
Location: Physio des Collines, Wakefield QC
Duration: 75 minutes
Group Size: Max 6 participants
Cost: $85 per session


Each month, join a small, supportive group for an in-person session exploring a new theme related to your health. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn, share, and explore topics related to digestion, stress, nutrition, and overall well-being in a supportive environment.


These sessions are educational in nature and are designed to:

  • Expand your understanding of health-related topics 
  • Provide practical tools you can apply in daily life 
  • Foster connection and shared learning

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, my approach supports you in building awareness of your body’s patterns and developing sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.


My work integrates training in applied functional medicine principles with integrative nutrition coaching, always within a non-medical, supportive framework.

  • Nutrition guidance aligned with your preferences and goals 
  • Lifestyle strategies to support energy, digestion, and consistency 
  • Stress awareness and regulation practices 
  • Support in creating structured, realistic daily routines 
  • Education around digestion and how the body responds to different inputs 
  • Review of relevant information you choose to share (including lab results you may already have), to help you better understand patterns and discuss them with your healthcare provider if needed

Gut Health Focus

I have a particular interest in gut health, which developed through my own experiences navigating digestive challenges and my training learning how nutrition and lifestyle can influence how the body feels and functions.


In our work together, we take a broad, integrative view of digestion—considering factors such as eating patterns, stress, sleep, and daily habits—so you can better understand what may be influencing your experience and how to support it over time.
